Who is Martin Pang?

His parents came to this country as Chinese immigrants escaping the persecution during China's Cultural Revolution. From this humble beginning, Martin's parents worked as dishwashers and sweat shop seamstresses. Years later, Martin would reflect on this difficult childhood, and that's where he would begin to build his foundation to his personal beliefs in: determination, perseverance, and hard work.

From college, to law school, to working in corporate America, and even owning a successful restaurant in Marin County, Martin derives personal satisfaction to negotiating all of his clients wants and needs. He is not seen as a Realtor by his clients, but as a friend. In fact, he has made life long friends out of all of his clients. Martin treats every property with the same level of respect and due diligence, no matter if the property is $80,000 or $80 million, Martin with make sure the transaction goes smoothly and done with the utmost professional care. He loves to work on every type of real estate; residential, multi-family, commercial, and even vacant lots.

Martin has a background in contracts negotiations, investment property portfolios, and property management. He will give you his professional honest opinion, even if you don't want to hear it or believe in it. Martin's client's interest are his top priority, even if it means him loosing a deal, he would rather put his client's best interest over his own monetary gain.
